A unique family home has been built on the edge of a small village near Prague, blending naturally into the landscape and providing its residents with privacy and peace. The L-shaped structure takes advantage of a gentle slope and opens onto an intimate garden with a swimming pond, which forms the heart of the entire house. The layout of more than 250 m² includes five living rooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen and dining room. Large-format sliding portals connect the interior with the terrace and garden, creating a harmonious whole connected to nature.

The house is built of massive panels, has a facade of thermo-treated wood and a green hipped roof. Thanks to photovoltaics, a heat pump, rainwater accumulation and the use of recycled materials, it offers sustainable operation with a minimal ecological footprint. The interior and exterior breathe natural wood, creating a healthy and pleasant environment. The overwater villa is proof that a modern family home can be aesthetic, functional and ecological at the same time.
