The proposed office building, located in the heart of Prague, is designed as part of the transformation of Florenc into a vibrant urban neighbourhood—a place where people can meet, work, slow down, and spend time. Rather than functioning as an isolated object, the building is conceived to engage with its urban surroundings.

Although the office program naturally suggests a monolithic building, the design responds to the human scale of Prague’s historic center. The façades are conceived as a film strip, enclosing a unified interior while expressing a variety of stories through the presence of different companies, people, and everyday activities.

The building forms a distinct identity rooted in the context and history of the site. Its architectural expression draws on the principles of the surrounding buildings, while the colour palette reflects the characteristic tones of Prague. Together, these elements help integrate the building into the existing urban fabric and contribute to the character of the new neighbourhood.
