The Vaclav Multifunctional House is a mixed-use development with 4,424 m² of residential, retail, and office space. The project includes an underground parking garage with 76 parking spaces for tenants. All residential and commercial units are designed for rental. The apartments are fully furnished, while the office and retail spaces are delivered in shell & core condition. The building has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of Class B.

As part of the development, the adjacent section of Pivovarská Street has also been renovated.
