The first guest of the series was Buse Mısır, who serves as Facility Manager at DKM. Having worked in the production sector for 9 years, Mısır stated that being active in  the field, becoming a part of the production process, and witnessing the effort behind the final outcome are powerful sources of motivation for her. 

Emphasizing that working in production requires continuous development, Mısır underlined that team spirit and communication are the most important factors in ensuring  the successful operation of a factory. She noted that production is a process made up of interconnected links, and that trusting the team forming this chain and acting  together make success sustainable. 

Mısır stated that the most important factor motivating her in an intense work pace is the ability to remain solution-oriented, expressing the approach they embrace at DKM  with the following words: 

“There is a solution to everything; change your perspective.” 

Addressing young women who wish to work in the production field, Mısır emphasized that women should not remain in the background in this sector. She stated that, in  addition to technical knowledge, discipline, communication, and a strong stance are of great importance in the production industry. Mısır also highlighted that women can  make a difference in the sector through their attention to detail and sense of responsibility. 

Through its “Women of Production” series, DKM aims to increase the visibility of women’s labor and leadership in the sector by sharing the experiences of women  employees involved in production processes.
