It is a water-based, acrylic emulsion-based and silicone-added, filled exterior primer. With its high water vapor permeability, it allows moisture to escape and allows buildings to breathe. It has high adherence (adhesion) feature. It increases the adhesion of the paint to be applied on it by creating a solid base. Since it is filled, it increases the covering of the top coat paint and reduces its consumption.

It can be easily applied on concrete, plaster, screed plaster, exposed concrete, gas concrete, briquette, comb mosaic and betopan surfaces.

APPLICATION
The surfaces to be applied must be dry, clean and free of dust. Old and swollen painted surfaces should be scraped and cleaned. Newly plastered surfaces should be waited for at least 4 weeks before application. Damaged and loose surfaces and surfaces with hairline cracks should be putty with “Düfa Acrylic Exterior Putty”. It is recommended to use a single coat in case of color changes, to reduce the consumption of the last coat after the correction process, to increase the adhesion of the paint to the surface. The surfaces to be applied should be protected against precipitation and frost in order to avoid drying problems. If the application will be made at temperatures above 35°C and between 12-16 hours, the surfaces of the buildings that are not exposed to the sun should be preferred. “Silosan Silicone White Primer” is thinned with water by a maximum of 10% and applied as a single layer with a roller or brush. Application temperature should be between 5˚C and 35˚C.

DRYING TIME
Before final coat: 6–8 hours. (23°C and 50% Humidity)

CONSUMPTION
Depending on the absorbency and type of the surface, 12-16 m² lt area is painted in one coat. For exact consumption, field sample study should be done.
