Uproll is a floating floor acoustic underlay that delivers high-performance impact sound insulation in all types of floating floor systems thanks to the elasticity of its recycled SBR rubber content. Its flexible and resilient structure ensures perfect adaptation to the substrate, while the self-adhesive joints allow for fast and error-free installation. Uproll is manufactured by laminating SBR rubber granules onto a tear-resistant non-woven layer, with 4 cm self-adhesive overlapping edges. The product has a thickness of 9 mm, dimensions of 1.00 m x 5.00 m, and a weight of 3.10 kg/m². It provides an impact sound reduction of ΔLw = 24 dB (tested in accordance with UNI EN ISO 10140-3:2015), features a dynamic stiffness of 11 MN/m³, a thermal conductivity of 0.096 W/mK, and contains 90% recycled material.
