Point is designed for the acoustic insulation of high load-bearing floor systems such as storage areas, supermarkets, parking garages, and similar facilities. In floor constructions exposed to significant dynamic loads and requiring thick, heavy-mass floating floor systems, performance is achieved through high-density materials specifically engineered to withstand such loading conditions. Point is manufactured in a dimpled (viyol-shaped) board format with dimensions of 18 x 1000 x 1200 mm. Developed for floors subject to heavy loading, the product provides an impact sound reduction value of ΔLw = 28 dB (tested in accordance with UNI EN ISO 10140-3:2015). It has a weight of 6.70 kg/m², a dynamic stiffness of 9 MN/m³, and a thermal conductivity of 0.120 W/mK.
