Upgrei is a floating floor acoustic underlay specifically designed for floor systems requiring superior insulation performance. The EPDM granules combined with a polyester felt layer provide exceptional flexibility and enhanced acoustic insulation capacity. Its resilient structure ensures perfect conformity to the substrate, while the self-adhesive joints enable fast and error-free installation. Upgrei is manufactured by laminating EPDM granules and polyester felt onto a tear-resistant non-woven layer, forming a high-performance floating floor sound insulation mat with 4 cm self-adhesive overlapping edges. The product has a thickness of 10 mm, dimensions of 1.00 m x 5.00 m, and a weight of 2.65 kg/m². It delivers an impact sound reduction of ΔLw = 26 dB (tested in accordance with UNI EN ISO 10140-3:2015), features a dynamic stiffness of 6 MN/m³, a thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/mK, and contains 80% recycled material.
