ROLL is a floating floor acoustic underlay manufactured by laminating recycled SBR rubber granules onto a tear-resistant non-woven layer, providing superior impact sound insulation in all types of floating floor systems thanks to the excellent elasticity of its SBR content. Its flexible structure ensures perfect adaptation to the substrate, while the 4 cm self-adhesive overlapping joints enable fast and error-free installation. The product has a thickness of 5 mm, dimensions of 1.00 m x 5.00 m, and a weight of 1.90 kg/m². It delivers an impact sound reduction performance of ΔLw = 22 dB (tested in accordance with UNI EN ISO 10140-3:2015), features a dynamic stiffness of 21 MN/m³, a thermal conductivity of 0.094 W/mK, and contains 86% recycled material.
