FP160 is a metal-cased closing device for combustible pipes up to 200 mm in diameter. Available in various lengths, this product is an excellent solution for curved pipes. Depending on the substrate, FP160 provides up to 4 hours of service integrity. It can be used directly within rigid or flexible substrates or inside FB750 coated boards. Additional clips may be required for floor slabs.

It is used to seal combustible pipes passing through walls and floors within fire compartment areas. When exposed to fire, the intumescent coating in the metal sleeve expands to fill the space left by the heat-softened pipe, forming a fire containment line. This product is suitable for retrofitting existing systems or can be installed before service installation. When used as a multi-box or cable sealer, it must be used in conjunction with foam smoke protectors.
