The Park Avenue project, realized with the signature of YDA Group, consists of 1,855 residences in two stages. In Park Avenue project, 3 + 1 apartments are designed as 133 to 137 square meters and 4 + 1 apartments are designed as 150 square meters. In the Park Avenue project, which attaches importance to green, a tree is planted for the family that owns each apartment. Creavit sinks, closets and fixtures were preferred in the project.
