The QuadCore Coldstore Panel Series consist of a range of insulated panels and systems for use in cold stores, ambient rooms, cleanrooms and food processing facilities. Suitable for internal wall and ceiling applications.
Designed for applications from -40°C to ambient.

• Cover Width: 1100 mm
• Core Thickness: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 150, 170, 200 mm
• Profiles: Mega-Box (Mega-Cold) profile
• High-performance QuadCore insulation core
• Lengths: From 2.2 - 18 m (subject to transportation limitations)
• Internal temperature range from -40°C to Ambient
• Suitable for internal walls and ceilings, including "box within a box" applications

QuadCore KS110CTF Mega-Box Coldstore Panels are tested to:

•FM 4880 Class 1 fire rating of building panels or interior finish materials, unlimited height for thicknesses 40 –200 mm
•FM 4881 Class 1 exterior wall systems, unlimited height for thicknesses 40 –200 mm
•FM 4882 Class 1 interior wall panels in smoke sensitive occupancies (pharmaceutical manufacturing & storage areas, and food preparation & storage areas or similar occupancies) for thicknesses 40 –200 mm
