Founded in Istanbul in 2018, Mimlab is a design office with experience across various scales. It develops projects in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, interior architecture, and corporate identity, as well as providing implementation and supervision services. The office's primary goal is to evaluate each project within its specific design context and design innovative, sustainable, and user-friendly projects.
Aiming to realize original, innovative, and adaptable projects that are open to change and adaptable to the dynamic landscape of time, Mimlab, through its collective working style, combines diverse project typologies with a common denominator and produces holistic projects. In the design of natural and built environments of various scales, it explores the relationship between human scale and design, working at this intersection. In this regard, it closely follows architectural and urban design competitions and participates in these competitions with its dynamic team.
Mimlab also closely follows global warming, energy efficiency, water policy, and smart city approaches, which are current and near-future issues. It has made it its mission to investigate these issues and incorporate their solution principles into design within the scope of architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture. It aims to develop design proposals that are sustainable, respectful of nature, and promote energy efficiency.
