Designed by Boris Berlin, Step is a modular lighting element developed to be compatible with various light sources. Its compatibility with LED bulbs and LED tubes offers flexible solutions for different lighting needs. Made from 50% recycled PET felt, the lighting element contributes to sound absorption, helping to improve acoustic comfort in interior spaces. This dual-function structure supports visual comfort while also contributing to the reduction of spatial noise. The system is offered in 53 Feltouch PET felt color options, allowing designers to adapt it to different interior concepts. The “stepped cone” form refers to the geometric expression of a light cone. This form allows the lighting element to be positioned at different heights, while the modular design makes it possible to achieve the desired vertical length. Thus, Step can be easily adapted to different scales and usage scenarios. Standard color temperature options are offered as 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K. The system also supports On/Off, DALI, and Casambi control systems. Step; It can be used in various application areas such as ambient lighting in cafes, large dining and conference tables, workstations, and loft spaces. Thanks to its flexible structure, it adapts to the specific interior requirements of the project, offering both functional lighting and acoustic contribution.
