Since its establishment in 2007, BFTA has been producing residential, office, mixed-use, industrial, and hotel projects of various scales both domestically and internationally.
In the architectural design process, starting from the preliminary project phase, the office translates the right design decisions into a rapid implementation project based on criteria such as building program, cost, qualified visual perception, relevant regulations, design approach to energy performance, and adaptation to the built/natural environment. It evaluates its experience in planning strategies, settlement decisions, and accurate design decisions on both large and small scales, particularly in large-scale residential projects.
In a studio-type working environment, projects are approached at every scale where humans interact with the city and the building. At every stage of the design process, 3D design programs and working models are used to pre-create the building or environment at various scales.
