Sepin Architecture was founded in 1978 by Yavuz Selim Sepin. The office's founding architect, Yavuz Selim Sepin, was born in Afyon in 1948. He entered the IDMMA Architecture Department in 1968 and received his bachelor's degree from the same school in 1973. At the invitation of Prof. Rolf Gutbrod, he went to Stuttgart, Germany. After working as a designer-architect on various projects, he completed his master's degree at the Faculty of Architecture at Stuttgart Technical University in 1979. In 1978, he founded his own office in Stuttgart-Fellbach with Norwin Rummel. Since then, he has implemented various projects throughout Germany and Turkey, participating in over 300 national, international, and invited competitions and receiving over 100 awards.
