Sayka Architecture and Construction Ltd. was founded in 1986 by Saadet Sayın, S. Sırrı Sayın, and Ahmet Sayın. Since its inception, Sayka has specialized in architectural conservation projects and implementation, mass housing projects, healthcare complexes, cultural complexes, accommodation facilities, administrative and commercial building projects, urban design, and conservation zoning plans.
Sayka's heritage conservation practices prioritize the rehabilitation and consolidation of cultural assets while preserving their original characteristics in conservation projects and implementations related to monumental structures, residences, and archaeological sites. The office collaborates with international heritage consultants, particularly on architectural projects for monumental and ancient structures. Adaptive reuse projects aim to integrate historical buildings into contemporary life, ensuring their potential and contribution to the city.
