SP Architects has been operating since 2005. It develops large-scale projects such as urban planning, master planning, mixed-use development, and urban transformation, and has a broad portfolio across various sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education.
As one of Türkiye's largest and most renowned architectural offices, SP Architects works in a BIM environment with a team of over 160 architects in its Istanbul and Baku offices. The office holds an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Certificate. As of October 2018, SP Architecture was designated a Design Center by the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology.
The entire team is designed as a series of smaller teams that form a larger team. Each team works on its own project from concept to implementation. The creative team, responsible for the entire creative process of project presentations and brand identity, works in conjunction with the business development department and continues to grow and develop thanks to the coordinated work of these three main teams.
