Nebřehovice is a picturesque historic village with a remarkably well-preserved South Bohemian character. Three possible sites in different parts of the village were considered for the new municipal office. After evaluating all three locations, an open site near the existing municipal office, which had become outdated and no longer met the village’s needs, was selected.

The municipal office and the mayor’s office are located in the northern part of the building, facing the village centre. Visible from the village square even from a distance, the building is easy to identify and access. The main entrance faces the path connecting the village square with the large pond.

The main hall forms the social heart of the building and opens onto an outdoor area to the south. This space is positioned so that during community and social events it remains separated from the main part of the village, helping to minimise disturbance to nearby residents.
