NODE Studio was founded in Istanbul in 2016 under the leadership of Doğan Türkkan and Hande Türkkan. Since then, the studio has participated in numerous national and international architectural competitions, winning numerous awards and contributing to the realization of these projects. By participating in competitions defined by high-quality criteria in the fields of architecture and urban design, the studio consistently maintains its approach to "urban and architectural production."
NODE Studio views architectural design as a thought process in which perception and logic play an active role. The design and production process progresses as a horizontal maturation consisting of intertwined, hybrid structures. For the studio, design is defined as a continuous "process" rather than a fixed "style." In this context, the designer's responsibility extends not only to the present but also to the future.
