Özgür Kayabay, the founding architect of Kayabay Architecture, completed his undergraduate studies at Mimar Sinan University's Department of Architecture in 2006. He completed his postgraduate studies in the Urban Planning Program at Istanbul Technical University and his MBA at Bilgi University.
He continues his work at Kayabay Architecture, which he founded, and also serves as an invited lecturer at the Department of Interior Architecture at Istanbul Technical University. Throughout his architectural career, he has worked as an architect and project manager at leading firms including Tekeli-Sisa Architecture, Emre Arolat Architecture, GMW Architects, and IGA Istanbul Airport.
