Encapsulated Cornerlock Panel

In Encapsulated Cornerlock Panels, all four sides of the core material are covered with 0.4 / 0.5 mm galvanized steel. The panels are fixed to the substructure system with screws at all four corners. This method increases the rigidity of the system and provides greater stability, especially in high-traffic areas. Encapsulated screw-fixed panels offered under Unigen’s Onto and Preto brands may feature either a chipboard core or a calcium sulfate core, depending on the panel type and density. When higher fire resistance is required, panels with a calcium sulfate core and A1 fire classification are recommended.
