Galvanized steel

• Door frames are manufactured with 1.5 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet metal, rubber gasket, and lock strike points recessed into the sheet metal.
• Door wings are made of 1.2 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet metal, the inside of the wing is a complete sheet metal panel and reinforced with 5 pieces of 10 cm belts.
• The thickness of the spar is 7.5 cm.
• Door wood can be manufactured as 1st class walnut relief wood (veneer type can be varied optionally such as Alpi Veneer, Laminate Veneer, Walnut Rustic Veneer etc.).
• Adhesive is used in coatings on 4 mm MDF on steel coating inside the case.
• 16 mm or 18 mm MDF coating options are applied on the outer casing steel.
• Moldings are applied as patterned, flat or oval moldings, with fixed adhesion on the frame.
• The inside of the wing is filled with 6 density rock wool for heat and sound insulation.
• The frame and wings are painted completely in a 200-220 ⁰C static paint facility with convection, spray and washing lines.
• Door metal paints are polyester static paints and have a 1-year warranty.
• Color matching the wing color will be preferred.
• Monoblock lock system is used (lock systems are optional).
• Hinge sides are reinforced with 6 security pins. Chrome cups are used for pin counterparts.
• Door accessories are first class and can be chosen as brass, satin or yellow.
• There are binoculars with large glass lenses on the door leaf with a 180-degree field of view, and a hidden safety clamp to be mounted inside the door.

The doors have a 1-year warranty in accordance with TSE standards, and the materials used have a 1-year warranty from the manufacturers.
