Deniz Galip Studio was founded in 2013 by Deniz Galip, who returned to Istanbul after working for seven years, first at Studio Patricia Urquiola in Milan and then in Istanbul. In 2015, Yiğit Öğütoğulları, an experienced interior designer and graduate of Bilkent University's Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, became a partner in the office. İpek Yelekci joined the team in 2019, first as a junior and then as a senior architect/interior designer. Deniz Galip Studio develops design and construction projects primarily in Turkey but also globally.
