Technoform Bautec together with IFT Rosenheim tested and relased two bio-based polyamides for use as insulating strips: PA 410 and PA 610. Bio-based polyamides are made of castor oil which is extracted from the seeds of castor oil plant so the raw material is totally renewable and recyclable.
