SP523 is used for sealing precast facade joints, rain gutters and precast applications in constructions, around joinery and also in moving building joints.

- Can be applied on hot and humid surfaces.
- Resistant to UV rays, aging and sudden weather changes
- Fast curing compared to similar products - up to 2.5 mm on the first day
- Mobility: 25%
- Odorless and non-corrosive structure
- Solvent and isocyanate free.
